Joe and Jerrae were great during the process of buying our vehicle! There were downsides to this experience though. I’ve purchased several new and used vehicles and all have been cleaned inside and out and this one was dirty inside. It wouldn’t have taken more than five minutes to wipe down the console, dashboard and the inside of the doors. It doesn’t give a great impression of the level of service the dealership provides. Also, because it was a used car, they only filled the tank halfway. I thought he was joking when he said that but once we drove away in the vehicle, I realized he wasn’t joking. These are minor complaints although with a brand like Randy Marion, we expected better customer service.
