Let me start by saying that the customer service was great. However, they did not try to diagnose the issue I came in for. It was completely disregarded. Beware if you have an older car(15 yrs) , apparently the new techs are not trained to work on these cars, by the company’s own admission. This is a Buick GMC dealership but not all Buicks are treated equally which sucked for me, but if you have a newer Buick I’m guessing you will be fine.
