I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The waiting time to pick up my vehicle was approximately **three hours**, which was already excessive. However, what concerns me even more is that immediately after receiving my truck, the dashboard still displayed the **oil service warning**—the very reason I brought the vehicle in for service.
This raises serious concerns about whether the requested maintenance was actually performed. After such a long wait, I expected the work to be completed correctly and the issue to be resolved. Instead, I left with the same warning light still on, which has caused me to lose confidence in the quality and reliability of the service provided.
