The process took to long. They did not have any of the vehicles I wanted in stock. However, Reggie recommended the GMC and I really appreciate it because I’m enjoying the vehicle. The staff worked well as a team. They really treated me like a valued customer. I will not complain. Thanks for everything. I appreciate the fact that they did not markup the vehicle over the MSRP.
Update on my review. JULY 6, 2022. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HECTOR AND CHRIS DO NOT TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. I DO NOT PLAN ON VISITING THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN. THIS IS MY FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN FOR ANY SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION. I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS.
