Randy Marion staff was friendly and helpful but I was in waiting room for two hours waiting on my truck to have an oil change. The service staff said it was because they were busy. I was on time for my appointment and my time is valuable too. Two hours seems a mite long for a simple oil change. Hopefully they don’t over schedule for my next appointment!
