I was interested in one of their used vehicles. Initial communication was excellent. Where things fell apart was when I asked about having a PPI at an independent shop. They are unwilling to accommodate this and were only willing to have someone come to the dealership to inspect the vehicle. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with dealerships willing to send the vehicles to an independent shop at my expense with no issue.
They claim the repairs have been top notch with their master mechanics, and I have no reason to doubt them. But in 2026 not allowing a potential buyer to purchase a PPI for a thorough look at the vehicle seems silly. I mentioned if their work was as excellent as they claim, then the vehicle would come back with a clean bill of health. Not allowing one does not give one the warm fuzzies about the condition. It’s a shame and a missed opportunity for a deal.
