This is my second vehicle from Randy Marion! I usually take things with a grain of salt when it comes to car sales however, I feel it is ridiculous to have to pay a dx fee of $150 to see if a part is covered under warranty. Maybe they will dx the car and if it isn’t covered, then you pay the fee, but never have i experienced being required to pay prior to service. And $150 at that!! I have never in my life heard of any dealership saying you have to pay first before we tell you if it’s covered. With my last car, it was a similar experience when it came to warranty work and they even tried to deny my warranty although it was clearly covered! They may have great deals on cars but once they have to hold up their warranty, extended or not, it seems to always be something different to say. Although, I am a repeat customer, this will be my last time shopping with Randy! It was fun while it lasted.
