Honesty is very important to us and would have been appreciated but did NOT happen at Randy Marion. We drove all the way from Lewisville because we were promised a price given to us via an email that we would receive on the Envision. I had spoke to Chris on the phone who told me the internet price was due to a black Friday special and GMC promotions. I asked him what was wrong with the vehicle because of that low price and he said nothing and assured me that is the price we would receive if we drove all the way there. When we arrived, Chris handed us off to Dylan. I believe this was so Dylan would be able to say that he was not sure why we were told we would get that price. It put distance between the responsibility of that promise. So, we were then told by Dylan that they couldn’t possibly give us that price. So after much negotiation we settled on a lower price than we were originally shown but still not the price we were promised by Chris. By the way, that phone conversation was recorded. We love our Envision and wish we could recommend Randy Marion but unfortunately are unable to do so as the truth and standing behind your word still mean something to us. Maybe if it meant more to others, we would not be in the position we are in in this country.
