I negotiated an OTD price that was not honored when the car finally arrived 15 months later. I was charged about $2000 above and beyond the OTD price quoted above and beyond updating the OTD price to reflect later MSRP pricing and taxes on that. I was not happy but accepted it grudgingly as I had waited for this car for 15 months. Since then, I took this vehicle to get its 1st oil service. When I left the dealer, I noticed that they had inflated my tires to 48 psi, way to high. More recently I attempted to get a price for another oil service and a required transmission oil fluid change. After several back and forth emails and text messages where I got the run around, I could not get a quote and was told I needed to schedule the service. Total incompetency
