I made an appointment to have my 2021 GMC Sierra warranty work performed. When I scheduled the appointment they gave me the wrong address in Mooresville and I had to go to another location. They also did not schedule enough time to complete the update and I had to come back a second time the following week. Tammy Docalavich was very nice and professional- she did her best to help me even with these misses that were out of her control.
