The Cruze we bought that was actually on the dealers lot was a fantastic experience. and I would give my full and greatest recommendation to purchase a vehicle as long as the vehicle is on this dealers lot, but if not I would recommend using this dealer with caution. The Silverado that we purchased (at the same time as the Cruze) that was not on the lot was not so good. The first one we tried to purchase (we had already given our dealer the check from the bank) was sold out from under us by the other dealership, then the second one we tried to purchase the other dealership would not sell, and the third one we tried to purchase we finally got. The problem we had was not as much of the time it took (10 days) or the fact that it took 3 vehicles to get one (thankfully the first deal fell through cause I actually got a color I wanted), but the lack of communication as to what was going on, we had to hound the dealership to get information, and on the 3rd vehicle I had to sit there and watch them for 6 1/2 hours to make sure the deal went through. Then the day it arrived we received communication (and photo) that it had arrived (this was great), but the next day when it was supposed to be ready we received no communication as to the status of when the vehicle would be ready even after inquiring about it, and I had to go in and wait 3 1/2 hours for it to make sure they were keeping me up to date. They were awesome when I was actually there in person, and were great at keeping me up to date, but as soon as we were not there it felt like we were forgotten about or ignored (I believe we were forgotten about because they were busy). To me and my wife, communication is key to a great working relationship when doing business with a company, and it this case with the Silverado purchase, this dealership fell a little short of what we expect especially after the first attempted purchase fell through.
