Our experience with Randy Marion was this as follows: waiting for 5 plus hours at Randy Marion Chevrolet in Mooresville North Carolina, our white should not have been five or more hours at all but it took them from 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday August 30th to 3:30 p.m. to let us know that they could not fix anything right then there and they could have let us know within 3 hours all this, but I believe that they took their time!
