3-star review of Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

I brought my 2023 Corvette in for the first time, for an LPO install. They did fine on that.

I was surprised to see that my car was not was not washed as part of a typical service. The service person told me that Chevrolets don’t get washed, but Cadillacs do. My last 3 vehicles were a Chrysler, Infiniti, and Lexus, and all of those dealers wash your car after each service.

It seams funny that a $50k Cadillac gets washed, but a $85k Corvette is not worth the same service. Your Corvette clientele who spend $80k – $100k expect premium service, so your “no wash” policy appears sub-par.
