Took my car in for a computer reset. Understand that they would want to research the problem themselves. They could not find the problem with my ac and did a computer reset, as requested. They said it was cool from 50 to 30 degrees. All true statements. The problem is the ac still doesn’t work as intended. Yes it gets cold but it goes from cool to cold to cool to cold back to cool. It is not consistently cold and I cannot drive my car in this heat. I would have liked them to actually fix my ac problem on top of resetting my computer but I honestly don’t believe they are capable. I think it may need a specialist on ac repair and even though they are a Cadillac shop and my car is a Cadillac, I do not believe they have the training to repair it, unfortunately. Todd was very nice, though. I made an appointment for 8am and didn’t pick up my car until the next day after 3p. Glad I didn’t wait and I had another vehicle. So, if you know of an ac repair shop in Mooresville than can actually fix my ac problem let me know.
