Update… I had to change my stars due to a bad experience when I returned to pick up my car…
I had to speak to the manager when I returned. He came out to speak to me but instead of looking at me when he spoke he looked at Andrea the entire time, while talking about my car and me right in front of me… Very odd… This made me feel as if I wasn’t worth his time.
I wrote them an email about this experience and never got a response… If you don’t have experience speaking with others of. A different ethnicities, you might need some culture training… When I checked the pictures of the managers online I noticed that this guy looked like Randy Marion Jr., I don’t know for sure but I would hope that wasn’t Randy himself with those bad customer service skills… 🤦🏽♀️
I had a great experience purchasing my Chevy Trax from this dealership on today! It was fun and fast! I really liked the electron signing instead of all of the paper! Andrea was great and also the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name) but he was really great as well! We got everything worked out! I think it was a great deal! I don’t buy cars that often but I’ll be back in the future! 👍🏾
