Called to setup appointment for oil change, frontend alignment and troubleshoot brake and emissions systems failure messages was given 3:30 pm slot. Service writer immediately says “techs leave at 5 we won’t have time to troubleshoot and asked if I bought the truck at RM” I didn’t so next comment was you’re out of warranty at 36,500 miles. Literally yes, I’m out, figuratively this is a recurring issue that should have still been covered. In 36.5K miles this truck has required 3 front end alignments and continues to have the brake/emission error messages. Thanks for poor scheduling and not taking care of a repeat service customer.
