I had a tire patched due to a nail being in the tire at the time of purchase and I later called to complain about the front end shaking while driving as it was not prior to service. I inquired if the tire had been balanced and I was told that there was no need to balance the tire. I had to take my yukon to a local tire shop and have it balanced which cost me an unneeded $50 if GMC had fully done their job properly. The patched front tire was way off balance in addition to the right front passenger tire.
