This was 1 star, I redid it . This is my 2nd time a car was brought here snd wasnt done as promised. Both times by same service guy whom I wont name…. I mean it was a 35 maybe 40 min recall fix and chlorine bomb to kill cigar odor in my truck .I made an appt ..I told him specifically I needed it back .. it was dropped at 9am …at 4 they called and nothing had been started on July 3rd and I wouldnt have my truck till the 5th … or I’d have to bring it back….. this was a 100% aggravating waste … I was further inconvienenced by being forced to get a rental truck, they paid the basic rental fee ,but at 5pm when I supposed to be picking up the mrs. I’m at enterprise after being picked up by a courtesy car only to find I’m still paying 20 plus a day on insurance overage because my full coverage isn’t enough and a 25.00 fee to rent it … so Dodge screws up an appt with a hour plus total job , doesnt even start it and does me a “favor” with a rental truck that still costs above n beyond the rental … and the time I wasted driving around and dealing with this heating into July 4th weekend. Time to talk to head head head of the 3 service depts …
I’m adding an update to this ,Thanks Brendan the service manager, who fixed all my issues immediately and went above and beyond to make me happy …
So this had 1 star , I’m going to boost it to a 3 based on the initial ,if my next trip goes as planned for ac boost , I’ll give them 5 stars.
