The staff seems nice enough. Good thing for the new shiny shownroom. What started out with a 3-4 hour estimated wait for a Ford recall and an oil change that turned into a twice extended/7 hour familiarization with the place. The janitor is a real decent guy, however, the coffee thermoses dont hold the heat throughout the day as much as we would have imagined. Good coffee! Maybe look at adding a couch in the cutout across from the Uber-Eats counter. Speaking of which, want to give a 5 star shout out to the KFC and Door Dash for the prompt delivery!
