I have been purchasing new cars for many years, but I don’t recall a time when I have been more disappointed than I am with Randy Marion Ford in Statesville. I have purchased two cars in the past from Randy Marion Chevrolet and had a good experience. The sales representative I have is good. But apparently they are not able to manage their workload due to what I will call management issues. They have not been responsive. When I actually did receive a quote it contained errors. A couple of times it has taken a week just to get a quote. It feels like selling new cars is not a priority for them. Or at least I am not a priority to them. Very frustrating.
