Well not sure where to start. We are on our second car here. Every time my wife take the car in for a oil change she gets bombarded with you need this you need that. Meaning brakes, cabin filter and what ever. They freaked her out on the last car that her brakes need replaced and there was only about 10,000 miles on them. I called up there and it was a different story. I take the car in and not a peep about anything. We just took it up there and they said the cabin filter is over due and very dirty, we just put it in 3 weeks ago. Plus they said we needed a 4 wheel alignment and after looking at the papers im questioning that. I feel all dealers pray on women and it makes me sick. I have more but I will leave it here for now.
